Mike McCormack

Mike McCormack is a founding Managing Partner of Manifest Capital Group and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the company. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College and has spent the last 20 years working as a Senior Project Manager for Turner Construction, the number one construction management firm in the United States.

Mike’s experience as a Senior Project Manager encompasses extensive planning and scheduling, directing construction, writing contracts, performing estimates, managing budgets, and coordinating large teams. His background in construction management, combined with his ownership of multiple residential investment properties, makes him well-suited for the multifamily commercial real estate field. He brings a unique perspective to the company by being able to use his engineering and construction background, along with his passion for real estate, to make strategic and profitable decisions for Manifest Capital Group and it’s investors.

As a Managing Partner, Mike’s proven track record of delivering successful construction projects and his knowledge of the real estate market, makes him a valuable asset to the company, and the investors can feel secure in knowing that the company is being led by someone with a wealth of experience and expertise.
